Celia is a secure operations workspace for authorized business users. This policy explains what information Celia processes and how it is used to provide the app.
Information We Process
Celia may process account information such as name, email address, phone number, role, team assignment, and sign-in activity.
Celia may process work activity such as time clock records, overtime submissions, tasks, project updates, proposal activity, comments, notifications, and internal review history.
Users may upload or attach business content such as project notes, images, files, audio, or other materials needed for company workflows.
Celia may process device and technical information such as push notification tokens, device type, app version, diagnostic logs, and security-related events.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate business workflows, show assigned work, record time and attendance, deliver notifications, support project operations, troubleshoot issues, and keep the service secure.
Data Sharing
Celia does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect security, or support company-approved business workflows.
Data Retention
Business records are retained for as long as needed for operational, legal, security, and accounting purposes. Authorized administrators may update or remove records according to company policy.
App Review Demo Data
Demo access provided to Apple App Review uses sample data only. Customer records, lead details, and contract or proposal content are hidden or redacted where needed for review safety.
